Commerce Place is an "AAA" office and retail complex located in financial core of downtown Edmonton. The total NRA comprises a 602,000 square foot, 27 storey office tower and a 118,000 square foot two storey retail podium, plus three levels of underground parking. The complex is connected to Edmonton's above and below ground Pedway system, and has direct access to the Central LRT station.
