Auctioneers Inc. for a term of 20 years.
18 York Street – Toronto, ON
18 York Street, an advanced office building, will be located in downtown Toronto at the northwest corner of York Street and Bremner Boulevard. This signature address will be a 650,000 square foot, 26-storey building targeting LEED© Gold designation. The building will have excellent visibility and accessibility—with convenient connections to the PATH system, Union Station, and the subway. Bankers Court – Calgary, AB
Bankers Court is a 265,000 square foot, 15-storey, Class AA office tower completed in summer 2009. Built to meet LEED® Gold certification, the building is located in downtown Calgary and forms part of the Bankers Hall complex, which contains over two million square feet of Class AAA office and retail space. Bankers Court is now 99% pre-leased to Frasier Milner Casgrain LLP and Compton Petroleum.
Calgary Courts Centre, Phase II – Calgary, AB
Phase II of the 1.1 million square foot Calgary Courts Centre involves the construction of an underground parking garage for 750 cars and a public park. With construction now underway, Phase II will be completed in 2010.
Church Lands – Calgary, AB (Land Development)
This 1,027 acre tract of land is located in the Municipal District of Rocky View, immediately west of Highway 2 and south of Highway 566 (the Balzac Interchange). Currently a Regional Context Study is underway with anticipated completion in mid-2010.
Dupont A – Meadowvale, ON
Completed in spring 2009, Dupont A is designed to meet LEED® Silver certification. Strategically located in Mississauga’s corporate node, at the corner of Derry and Mississauga Roads, this 106,000 square foot, 4-storey suburban class A office building will be home to Beckton Dickinson (anchor tenant), Volvo and St. Jude Medical.
Dupont B – Meadowvale, ON
Presently under construction, this 125,558 building is currently pre-leased to the Shaw Group and has an anticipated completion date of spring 2010.
Prospect Place – Edmonton, AB
Slated for completion in fall 2009, Prospect Place will be a suburban Class A office development comprising two 2-storey office buildings, each 45,000 square feet – one building is 100% pre-leased, while pre-leasing continues on the second building.

53 Avenue Central Business Park – Edmonton, AB
This development will be a 175,000 square foot industrial building with bay sizes starting at 10,000 square feet and up. The building is currently under construction with a scheduled completion for fall 2009.
