Calculations for GHG emissions, energy, water and landfill waste are based only on the managed office and multi-residential portfolios. The calculation for recyclable waste is based only on the managed office portfolio. The managed industrial portfolio is excluded from all calculations.
All intensity calculations are based on net rentable area.
