Toronto, ON — GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 2750 Morningside Avenue, a newly built, Class A industrial distribution facility in Toronto. The acquisition supports the company’s plan to grow and modernize its industrial holdings, while adding high-quality space in a supply-constrained node of the Greater Toronto Area.
