GWLRA Acquires Industrial Facility on Behalf of Canada Life

GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) has acquired Lions Gate Business Park, a 79,600 square foot small-bay industrial property, on behalf of Canada Life.
The property is located in North Vancouver, BC, a market that has outperformed the overall Metro Vancouver market. Occupying a full city block with an established commercial node, the property benefits from its centrality and proximity to a large urban population and nearby amenities.
