GWLRA Teams Recognized for Excellence Across Managed Portfolio
GWL Realty Advisors is pleased to share that several properties and team members were recognized with industry awards in the second quarter of 2026. Together, these achievements reflect the strength of our property management approach, the quality of the buildings and communities we support, and the trust our clients place in us to manage their real estate investments.
The quarter included recognition at the 2026 HOOPP LEAP Awards, where 840 Howe Street received the GHG Performance Award and Vancouver Centre II received the GHG Management Award. These awards recognize the practical work underway by our Vancouver teams to reduce emissions, improve building performance and help prepare these properties for the future.
GWLRA teams were also recognized by BOMA BC and BOMA Toronto for excellence in building management and industry leadership. In British Columbia, 555 Robson Street received a TOBY Award in the Corporate Facility category, Vancouver Centre received a TOBY Award in the 500,000 to 1 million sq. ft. category, and Ryan Giesbrecht was named BOMA BC Member of the Year. In Toronto, 255 Dufferin Avenue received a TOBY Award in the Historical Building category, while Erin Mills Business Park, 1 City Centre and 255 Dufferin Avenue each received Certificates of Excellence.
The residential team also earned three awards from the Calgary Residential Rental Association, further recognizing its commitment to service quality and resident experience. Grace Frossard, Community Manager, received Resident Manager of the Year; Jasper One Eleven in Edmonton received Building Renovation of the Year; and GWLRA Residential accepted Outstanding Tenant Experience of the Year.
Together, these recognitions highlight the steady work taking place across the properties GWLRA manages — from maintaining high standards and supporting the experience of the people who work, live in or visit our buildings to advancing sustainability initiatives and protecting long-term value for clients. They also speak to the collaboration, expertise and care that our commercial and residential teams bring to the properties and communities they support every day.
