Andy Dale

Andy Dale is Senior Vice President, Finance, at GWL Realty Advisors, where he leads the organization’s finance function, including reporting, planning and analysis, treasury and corporate controllership. He works closely with the Executive Committee to support strategic decision-making and the long-term financial performance of the business.

Andy brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He began his career at KPMG in audit services and joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2007. Since then, he has held progressively senior leadership roles and helped strengthen the finance function across the organization. He has also played a key role in improving operational effectiveness, including leading a multi-year enterprise resource planning (ERP) system replacement initiative.

Andy is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Manitoba.
