Celebrating Meaningful Recognition at the FRPO MAC Awards

We are pleased to share that the GWL Realty Advisors residential team was honoured at the FRPO MAC Awards last night, taking home two distinctions that reflect our ongoing commitment to positive change in our communities.

Our Grenadier Square property (40 High Park Ave & 77 Quebec Ave) received the Climate Leadership Award, acknowledging a significant achievement—a 35% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and 33% energy savings. This milestone was possible thanks to the dedication of our team and the engagement of our residents, who together embraced innovative retrofits and sustainability practices.

We were also recognized for our efforts at 2160 Lakeshore, winning the Lobby Renovation award in partnership with Greenwin. The project has transformed the space with features such as a welcoming fireplace, upgraded elevator corridors, contemporary lighting, and durable finishes, creating a bright and inviting experience for all residents.

In addition, we were nominated for a Customer Service Award of Excellence and Suite Renovation over $50K at 400 Walmer, highlighting the dedication and creativity of our teams.

These awards are a testament to the hard work, creativity, and teamwork that drive our mission to build spaces that matter.
