Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, this 60-storey building boasts 450,000 square feet of commercial space over 28 storeys. Notable features of TELUS Sky include LEED Platinum certification, operable windows with 100% fresh air supply, expansive 9’8” windows for ample natural light, a modern raised floor for seamless network connectivity, tenant fitness and conference centres, and the Northern Lights public art display on the exterior façade created by artist Douglas Coupland.
As part of this mandate, GWL Realty Advisors will manage the leasing and operational activities of TELUS Sky, which houses TELUS’ regional offices along with other tenants from the technology and financial sectors.
