GWL Realty Advisors reimagines Toronto offices with new wellness-focused amenities space

The amenity facility introduces a seamless integration of health and productivity, fostering a balanced office environment

Toronto, February 9, 2026 – To offer an in-office experience that better reflects how employees work today, GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) has announced the launch of a three-storey, modern wellness-focused amenities facility located at 1 Adelaide East, a premier Class A building in downtown Toronto.

The facility will complement the existing 30-storey office tower at 1 Adelaide East, offering a curated retreat where tenants can exclusively access amenities that support their personal health and professional performance. The facility will include a wellness lounge, yoga room, fitness centre and a contemporary conference centre designed with a people-first approach.
