GWLRA Recognized at BOMA 2022 International Conference

GWL Realty Advisors (GWLRA) was recognized by BOMA International at their recent TOBY® Awards Banquet in Nashville, Tennessee.
GWLRA was nominated for three awards for three different properties in downtown Toronto:
- Corporate Facility: 190 Simcoe Street
- Historical Building: 330 University Avenue
- Office Building 500,000 – 1 million square feet: 1 Adelaide Street
We were pleased to pick up awards for 190 Simcoe Street and 330 University Avenue.
