Steven Marino

Steven is responsible for the organization’s investment management activities, including the portfolio management, research, sustainability and capital raising functions. He works with the team to design research-based investment strategies and products, construct portfolios and drive resilient performance. He joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2000 and has held several progressive roles, across Asset Management, Investments and Portfolio Management.

Steven has 27 years of real estate experience. He holds a BA in urban studies (honours) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
